Bronze - Screening

Diagnostic testing, behavioral assessments, skills testing... these are all one-time events and are billed on a fee for service basis. By analyzing this information, Diabetech's rules engine technology and education libraries are able to educate large numbers of people via email and cell phone text messaging with highly relevant information in bite-size nuggets. Contrast this educational approach to the typical 4 inch binder that nobody ever reads or those programs which may require patients to physically attend clinic based training classes. Patients enrolled in Intensive Management rely on finely tuned protocols that help the patient and their team to more easily measure, understand and act upon those key markers that show relative blood sugar control. All Gold level programs include patient use of Diabetech's exclusive GlucoMON wireless appliance, daily blood sugar pattern management reports, optional blood sugar text messaging, behavioral assessments, surveys, newsletters, care kits, social networking and incentives.
