Most home A1c kits and other diagnostic test kits feature simple operation. A list of certified kits and where to buy them will be made available at a later date. Meanwhile, you are invited to take advantage of the free kit offer.

Step 1 - Get Ready

• wash your hands
• completely dry your hands

Step 2 - Test

• prick your finger (disposable lancing device included)
• use the A1c sample collection device to collect a small drop of blood

Step 3 - Go

• seal the prepaid mailer carton
• drop it in the mail
  You're done!

In approximately 7 to 10 days (timing depends on the kit, mailing time and the laboratory processing your sample) your results are automatically made available to you and authorized members of your care team and social network in your mygluco electronic health record.
